Industry Leadership Enterprise and Development (I-LEAD) is designed for busy professionals in targeted sectors to help them address their most adaptive challenges. I-LEAD is a fee-for-service program with entry by application. Some participants self-fund, while others obtain support from their workplace.
Program Fees
Fees include full catering across all in-person days, program materials, and access to all sessions and resources.
Thanks to the support of the Tasmanian Government, the program fee is now available at a discounted rate of just $545 – significantly reduced from the regular I-LEAD program price of $1,975.
I-LEAD Women in Community Services
I-LEAD Young Professionals
The program fee for I-LEAD Young Professionals is $1,975.
I-LEAD Women in Industry
The program fee for I-LEAD Women in Industry is $1,975.

Scholarships are available through the Tasmanian Leaders Foundation to support Tasmanian Aboriginal people and individuals living with disability, covering all or a portion of program fees until funds are fully allocated.
How to apply
To apply for any of these scholarships, please select the box on the application form and let us know why you are eligible for the selected scholarship and how participation in the program will help you achieve your career goals.
To find out more please contact our Program Coordinator, Ros Young on 0429 950 578.
Other support
We believe there should be no economic barrier to participation in our programs. But we know there are individuals and organisations for whom the program fees are difficult to fund. If you need financial assistance to participate – and you don’t qualify for a scholarship – please contact us for a confidential conversation.
Become a scholarship donor
Tasmanian Leaders invites individuals and organisations to partner with us to offer new scholarships for I-LEAD programs in 2025. If you would like to provide scholarships for a specific sector, industry or group, please contact us today.
The Tasmanian Leaders Foundation manages scholarships that support those who are unemployed or underemployed and experiencing disadvantage, First Nations people, or persons living with a disability.
